WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The UX team is a multidisciplinary team that works in close collaboration with colleagues specialized in other disciplines to continuously enhance the user experience of the users.
Together with senior employees, you will work on various aspects of UX. You have the opportunity to tag along with end-to-end responsibilities, from research, ideation and prototyping to delivering and optimizing features. You will support the creation of UI designs and prototypes for testing and development, and you will use UX metrics and conduct user research to create insights that support UX decisions. Furthermore, you will design interfaces, user-flows, and information architecture. You will have support along the way and senior employees will be there to share their knowledge, guide you and teach you the discipline’s insights.
As a working student, you do not purely focus on UX activities, but you also bring your own ideas to the table, you share your knowledge with the team, and you review and critique designs from your peers to ensure constant improvement. You’ll be mentored by senior employees.
